Overnight Yoghurt Oats

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Naked Planet natural yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup plant based milk

  • Maple syrup to taste

  • Fruit of choice and peanut butter for toppings

Method:
  • Mix yoghurt, oats, vanilla extract, plant based milk, maple syrup and cinnamon in a large bowl until well combined.

  • Place in refrigerator overnight.

  • Microwave peanut butter in a small bowl until melted.

  • Use your choice of fruit and drizzle peanut butter on top to finish.
