Overnight Yoghurt Oats
Ingredients:
1 cup Naked Planet natural yoghurt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup plant based milk
Maple syrup to taste
Fruit of choice and peanut butter for toppings
Method:
Mix yoghurt, oats, vanilla extract, plant based milk, maple syrup and cinnamon in a large bowl until well combined.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Microwave peanut butter in a small bowl until melted.
Use your choice of fruit and drizzle peanut butter on top to finish.
